Summary

I have been in the direct sales business for 31 years. I started my sales career selling health insurance plans in Southern California for NASE, or the National Association of the Self Employed. I have held an active Life/Health insurance license since 1993, and still have a book of clients, although I no longer actively seek them in the industry.


Along the way I added a Property/Casualty license, as well as Securities licenses. I made the transition to non retail bank business loan solutions after the financial crisis of 2007-2008. At that time, the major lending sources had stopped making business and commercial real estate loans, to the detriment of my business clientele.


This area has been the main focus of my business since then, and I work with an array of alternative source lenders and investors.
