• Branch Operations - Oversee all branch operations, including cash, daily task (such as teller audits, key and combo’s and managing teller Gain and Loss report.

• Sales - Tracking sales goals, developing strategies and monitoring sales performance. Observational coaching as a daily task.

• Small Business- Being an advocate for our small business community. Understanding how a business runs and offering lending, merchant and treasury management to help the business grow.

• Customer Service - Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues and connecting and emphasizing with customers ongoing issues.
• Driving Results - Holding weekly 1:1’s, having pre and post plans with each appointment and reviewing the sales and activity report with employee’s.
• Partners - Collaborating with our Financial Advisor, Mortgage Representative on a monthly basis to discuss strategic goals and ensure we are aligned with corporate vision.

• Daily Operations- Ensuring the branch opens and closes on time, provide customer service and holding the branch to the highest of standards.
• Compliance - Monitoring and analyzing operational performance, adherence to regulation requirements and internal policies.
• Processes - Identified areas for improvement, implementing solutions and conducting training sessions.
