Accomplishments

Renovated a 1920's bungalow in the historic district of Seminole Heights in Tampa Florida. Under cooperation with city officials, I completely re-habilitated and added-on to a 100 year old home in this significant and celebrated neighborhood. The project increased the homes value by almost four times and lengthened the "show strip" of refurbished homes on Central Avenue.

Interests

As a native Floridian, I love fishing and boating. I am also an avid Tampa Bay sports fan and a season ticket holder for the Buccaneers. I enjoy both learning and creating in almost any manner. Leather-crafting and woodworking have become two of these learnt passions.
