I have been at Buckstop for almost a year now. In this short amount of time I have accomplished many things. Because of my solid work ethic, dedication, ability to think outside of the box and desire to continually find better and more efficient ways to do things I received two promotions. I was promoted to shipping lead in just 90 days after being hired. And by 6 months I was the supervisor for the whole department. I oversee the finishing and shipping departments now. Everyday I continue to find better ways to increase productivity. Below is a short list of tasks that I complete on a day to day basis:

• Maintain stock of items, cleanliness, organization, and provided excellent customer service.
• Optimize warehouse layout for more efficient picking and packing processes, increasing throughput rates.
• Increase overall department productivity through effective personnel management and task delegation.
• Proactively addressed potential bottlenecks in the shipping process by identifying issues early on and implementing solutions swiftly.
• Implement quality control measures for packaging, resulting in fewer damaged goods upon arrival at the destination.
• Assign tasks to team members to complete within designated time frames.
• Train new employees on overall company and department-specific policies and procedures.
• Manage team of 7 employees, delegate tasks and hold each employee accountable for completing assignments.

Cutting and selling firewood

• Operated forklift and electric lift to pull tires from different locations to fulfill orders to over 400 store locations.
• Used on-board RF computer systems to accurately pull correct amount of tires per order.
• Maintained productivity and accuracy while continuously lifting and palletizing over 1300 tires per day.
• Identified safety hazards and reported them to supervisor immediately.
• Worked independently and with a team to complete orders and various tasks.
• Became top puller only 3 months after hiring date.

I was hired on as temporary help for a pretty great project by big summit prairie. Used john Deere 650 dozer to flatten terrain and ensure old flood plains would once again get water to them during spring run off. I was responsible for building precision dams in the old channel to raise water levels and over flow the channel. My employer was blown away by my ability to run the dozer and things I was able to do with it.

Processed bait and ensured it was ready for the next crab pot in a fast paced and high stress atmosphere. (This was a temporary 2 month position)

Worked for myself cutting and selling firewood and doing other misc projects such as cleaning apartments and installing utilities on private jobs.

• Excavate trenches and install residential utility pipe.
• Prep lots for construction
• Back fill trenches and foundation
• Remove snow
• Final grade lot and prep for landscaping
• Performed maintenance and light repairs to equipment

• Responsible for wide variety of duties including, heavy equipment operation, crew supervisor, pipe fitting, painting, and general excavation.
• Dug holes and trenches in the ground.
• Assisted construction personnel with specific job tasks.
• Moved materials around construction sites to work locations.
• Graded and shaped land for building and finishing purposes.
• Attended monthly safety meetings to ensure machine operation safety.
• Operated wide variety of equipment including power saws, sanders, grinders, forklift and basic hand tools.
• Performed a wide variety of HAZ-MAT tasks such as, testing of soil, excavation and removal of contaminated soil.
• Supervised a crew of 5-10 people to do asbestos abatement, Mass excavation along side of busy hi-ways, and general excavation.
• Operated dozers to punch fire lines.
• Operated excavators to rehab fire lines post fire.
• Did allot of random tasks as well such as, painting, light carpentry, light building repair, minor framing, minor concrete work, traffic control set up and flagger.
