Volunteer Experience

In our free time my family and I volunteer at a daycare creating holiday projects and chaperoning field trips., During my time as a team lead at Verizon I spent a lot of time being understanding yet firm. I took the time to teach when I could. When a representative needed help, I was eager to be there for them but I also took this time to show them how to handle the situation in the future. My favorite part of my career was being approachable and knowledgeable enough to make the day easier for the representatives on my team.
