My responsibilities are the same as when I was assistant manager only now I am doing it alone. I now am in charge of keeping an adequate amount of change in the registers and ensuring our deposits make it to the bank as well. I am only in this position until march 24th when a new staff will be moved to my store and I will be let go. I would be more than happy to explain this situation in an interview

This job included all of my old duties but now I keep track of our sales, visuals are mostly my responsibility, I handle any disputes between employees, I ensure as much clothing as possible is on the sales floor, I send weekly reports of our top selling categories, I send weekly reports of how much product is in our back room, loss prevention is now a big part of my job, and I do everything possible to maximize our sales.

This job was my entry into management. My main duties were keeping the associates busy, processing and putting out clothing, assisting the store manager with visuals, training new employees, and ensuring the store is easy to shop.

My main duties were Customer Service, Store Recovery, and using the register. Occasionally I would assist in the visual for the store.
