-Assists participants and their belongings on and off the van and to their destination in a safe and courteous manner.

- Maintain the First Aid kit and fire extinguisher in the vehicle, replacing supplies as they are used or become outdated. Maintain the vehicle in a neat and clean condition.

- Supervising food preparation and service: Ensuring that food is prepared and served according to dietary needs and guidelines.

- Ordering food and supplies: Ensuring that the department has the necessary food and supplies.

- Inspecting kitchen: Inspecting the kitchen daily to maintain cleanliness.

- Maintaining equipment and areas: Ensuring that equipment and areas are clean and sanitary.

- Maintains, adjusts and makes minor repairs of building hardware, furniture, shelving and equipment.

- Visually inspects public buildings, structures and equipment to assess and check for defects, malfunctions and hazardous conditions.

- Makes minor repairs to masonry, woodwork, flooring and walls.
- Makes minor repairs to building electrical, plumbing and heating systems.

- Operates a motor vehicle to travel to and from work sites.

- Trash removal- remove trash from the fairgrounds, including solid waste, recyclables, food waste, and more.

- Cleaning- Bathrooms, grounds, compactors, and buildings are cleaned.

- Equipment unloading: Equipment is unloaded with the help of the management team.

- Trash bin maintenance: Trash bins are changed, and bags are lifted onto push carts.
