Cat Tree Design Project: Designed a durable, easy-to-clean cat tree for the Humane Society, addressing issues of instability, rapid deterioration, and sanitation for multi-cat use. The structure was crafted to accommodate up to four cats, stand at 3 feet tall for window access, and meet a $50 budget constraint while remaining lightweight, sturdy, and able to fit through standard doorways.
Sustainable Construction Engineering Project: Proposed an innovative solution using bamboo-reinforced concrete as a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to steel reinforcement for construction in developing countries. Conducted analysis on material properties, structural integrity, and regional implementation strategies and delivered a presentation to stakeholders.
