During my time as a Autonation vehicle sales representative, I’ve mastered my skills that pertain towards customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and maintaining an efficient and productive process.

My daily routine includes: ecom follow up (phone calls, texts, emails), customer greetings, document processing, and product/price negotiation.

• Research and recommend vehicles for customers specific needs.
• I can thoroughly explain why customers are receiving certain bank approvals, APRs, and stipulations

• My position as hostess was primarily based around customer service, greeting the customers with a warm welcome, offering them their preference of a table or a booth, selecting their seating in our online data base, and finally guiding the guests to their seats with menus and silverware in hand

• Being a retail employee for Target, I was tasked with the responsibility of maintaining the up-keep and overall appearance of the sales floor
• I was trained in back stocking merchandise which meant preparing clothes in our inventory to be put onto the sales floor
• Often, I had to operate the fitting rooms, assisting customers by providing size or style changes, as well as the sanitary up-keep of the changing stalls
