With over 13 years of experience in renewable energy, I have extensive background with operating departments efficiently to meet goals and safely execute work plans. As Wind Division Operations Manager, I oversee business development, project planning, staffing, logistics, safety, documentation, P&L/budget management, recruiting and training of teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability in services. I have also worked as a Project Manager and a Level 3 SPRAT Rope Access Team Leader, supporting various projects involving ultrasonic testing, blade repair, tower maintenance, and inspection. I have developed and implemented operational systems for reporting, project tracking, technician training, and deliverables catered to the specific needs of services team and clients. I enjoy finding new methods to solve obstacles and accomplish goals for customers, employees, and company. I am passionate about team building and leadership.
