Cameran Grable

My job is to greet guests at their table, go over any drink or meal specials, take orders, bring whatever food the food runners couldn’t run/run my own orders when there are no food runners, and buss tables. My sidework consists of performing all bar side work such as running glassware, taking bus bins, running silverware, stocking fruit, stocking juice, flipping trash, and whatever else the bartenders need. I have to clean and sweep my section and perform other varieties of back of house side work as well. This can consist of breaking down and flipping/stocking the beverage or bain stations, cleaning and restocking the service stations, cleaning and sweeping expo, and whatever else the closer may need if I’m not closing. I also bartend as well so I make drinks for the bar and service.

Greet guests at their table, take orders, serve various beverages such as lattes, cocktails, soda, tea, etc. I swapped out silverware for each dish. For side-work, I had to roll silverware, dry glassware, vacuum the dining room, break down parts of the kitchen.
