I handled transactions, operated POS systems, and processed payments, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. I worked closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers and promptly addressed any concerns or complaints. My role also involved upselling menu items, keeping tables clean and well-stocked, and collaborating with team members to deliver efficient service. Through this experience, I developed strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills, all while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude.
