In this position, I monitor hospital premises to maintain a safe and secure environment in compliance with established protocols, responding promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns while collaborating with medical staff to manage patient, visitor, and staff access. Conducted routine patrols of the facility grounds, including parking lots and perimeter areas, to deter and detect suspicious activity, while monitoring entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and ensure prohibited items were not brought onto the premises. Maintained accurate and detailed incident reports documenting all security-related activities, and provided professional front-line service by greeting and assisting staff, patients, visitors, vendors, and contractors upon arrival.

In this position I provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to children and young adults with special needs while assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, and other outlined needs. Engage clients in recreational and educational activities that support their physical, mental, and social well-being, and consistently follow individualized care plans and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and staff, while maintaining accurate and timely records of all services provided.

• In this position, I service patients by transporting them to specific locations. This includes their designated rooms, radiation scans such as Cat scan, Ultrasound, Dialysis, MRI, etc. I am also able to monitor patients and record their charts to specific documentation used to monitor them according to why they are there. These duties are titled Patient Safety Assistant (PSA) and Telesitting. Finally, I am trained to create transportation requests for patients, also known as Patient Transport Dispatch. This consists of monitoring the specified number of people I have, planning breaks, patient transport times, and predicting incoming requests, and assigning them accordingly.

• In this position, I work in a fast-paced environment stocking, building/creating drinks, taking orders, ability to complete different payment processes, and interacting with customers. I am required to have a deep understanding of the process it takes to build drinks. I am required to lift boxes of stock from the stock shed, and sort according to shop needs.

• In this position, I work in multiple areas of the warehouse. I’ve worked ground picking, order picker, air picking, VNA, double jack, cart induction, dock loading, and replenishment. And has started undergoing leadership training.
