• Collaborated with E. Town Concrete in the development of The Renaissance. I was put in contact with legendary New Jersey band E. Town Concrete through a mutual friend to collaborate with E. Town Concrete on a beer for them, called The Renaissance in honor of their record titled as such. After a number of meetings to get everyone on board with the flavor profile, I worked with my team to construct a recipe and work on advertising for a release.
• Supervised team of 3 staff members, mostly inexperienced employees so training was included to keep production going without any stoppages.
• During April 2010, I received a written accommodation from Monica Foreno, Chief Executive Officer of the YWCA, for participating in rescue of a distressed swimmer. The swimmer experienced a seizure while swimming. The lifeguard team pulled the swimmer from the water and administered CPR, saving his life.
