  • While employed at the Credit Union, I served the bank in several capacities when I first started in the fall, first serving in the call center of the bank, where my responsibilities included answering member calls and helping members access online banking info as well as processing the start of the loan applications that would later be finished by a loan officer.
  • I was then moved to the teller line, where daily tasks consisted of helping members in a face-to-face capacity and filing disputes, as well as completing back office tasks such as collections and default loan calls, while following up by sending out branch letters to those that you have spoken to.

Intern

  • While enrolled in The University of Mount Olive I served as an intern to the director of first-year students where I was in charge of connecting with freshman students after school hours to help them transition from high school life into college academics.
  • This position required me to help the students develop time management skills, soft skills, as well as teaching them how to communicate in a plethora of professional mediums in order to succeed in and outside of college.
