Operations Supervisor oversees a specific department in conjunction with Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Bank Officers. Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing, and coaching the team of representatives and lead representatives to meet sales goals, operational objectives while maintaining high levels of customer service. Operations Supervisor promotes the bank by cultivating business and customer relationships while identifying customer needs and providing solutions.

Shift Managers perform variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, and security. Shift Managers is responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness to customers.
