I worked at Epic Gear in a seasonal position where my main focus was helping customers find the right products and making sure they had a genuinely good experience in the store. I assisted people with picking out gear, answered questions about different products, and made recommendations based on what they were looking for. I also handled transactions at the register, restocked inventory, and kept the store organized and clean so everything looked professional and inviting.
During busy times, I made sure to stay positive and keep things moving smoothly, whether that meant helping multiple customers at once or working closely with my team to manage the flow of the store. I learned how to communicate better, stay patient, and be reliable in a fast-paced environment.
It was a seasonal role that I chose because of my love for traveling. It was an amazing experience to be able to go far from home and immerse myself in a new place while learning and growing both personally and professionally. I showed up consistently, and did my best to contribute to the team and support the overall success of the store.

At Marleylilly, I worked as an embroidery operator in a seasonal position. When I first started, I had no prior experience in embroidery, but I quickly adapted and genuinely enjoyed learning the process. I operated eight machines at a time, personalizing clothing, bags, and accessories with customers’ names and initials. The job was very fast-paced and required me to consistently meet hourly production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
The position was seasonal due to increased production during the winter months. Although it was temporary, I am very grateful for the experience and the skills I gained, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
I began working at Big Air Trampoline Park as a Team Member and was later promoted to Supervisor due to my strong work ethic and leadership abilities. As a Supervisor, I was responsible for ensuring all team members were properly assigned to their designated areas and that daily operations ran smoothly. I monitored park activities to maintain safety standards, ensured equipment and stations were organized and in the correct locations, and provided support to customers who needed additional assistance.
In addition to supervising staff, I handled a variety of operational tasks, resolved customer concerns, and helped create a safe, organized, and positive environment for both guests and employees.
