•Contribute to the mission and vision of Texas Education Agency and State board of Education by providing effective tools to educators to promote student success in literacy and language development.
•Collaborate with a team of four educators across Texas to remotely and meticulously evaluate the educational materials provided by the company to ensure that the curriculum meets the rigorous standards of quality, accuracy, and alignment of educational objectives.

• EDUC 1200-Collaborated with Lee College to instruct first-year college students on practices and theories to be successful in higher-ed.
• College Transitions-Create Curriculum and Instruct students using detailed learning plans for students needing to pass TSI Assessment this fall. Achieved 66% passing rate!
• M.A.P.S course- Research and theory in psychology of learning, cognition, and motivation; factors that impact learning, and application of learning strategies to college-level students.
• Creative Writing- Developed and implemented course materials, lecture notes and assignments. Facilitate classroom discussions to encourage students to analyze literature critically.

• Implemented variety of instructional strategies including data-driven instruction to prepare courses that are aligned with TEKS for general education, resource, dyslexic, and ESL learners simultaneously. Improved students' passing scores on STAAR redesign test from 39% on Benchmarks to 58% on EOC!
• Assisted with coordination and administration of STAAR, STAAR ALT, TELPAS, and TELPAS Alternate state testing.
• Assisted with scheduling, annual meetings, goal setting, and data upkeep for students protected under Section 504 plans.
• Provided instructional support and/or in-house professional development to teachers as requested by administration.

• Assisted with Coordination, implementation, and evaluation of special programs (I.E.P.S., testing, transportation, field trips, transition services) under supervision of campus leadership in compliance with state regulations.
• Facilitated IEP meetings while also developing and implementing IEP's for 58 students on my case load with mild to severe disabilities.
• Supervised 20 paraprofessional staff members on daily basis. Planned and implemented staff development to enhance knowledge and skills for staff and paraprofessionals.
• Collaborated with families and outside agencies to assist students with planning for adult transition services after graduation.

• Created and managed IEPs to define student learning objectives and educational strategies, in addition to applying instructional knowledge and methods to support goals.
• Oversaw and provided guidance to 2 paraprofessional staff within the classroom for effective implementation of IEPs and support for diverse learners.
• Delivered effective and differentiated classroom instruction to range of neurodiverse students.
• Served also as homebound teacher part-time for 1 student with severe disabilities.
