• Overseeing the daily operations of model components (Outreach Workers, Life Coaches, Case Managers, Clinical Therapists)
• Provides general leadership at team meetings
• Develops, promotes and implements projects for the organization.
• Monitors training completion.
• Provides oversight of hiring staff and leadership on campus, staff development and staff discipline

· Ensures all licensing guidelines and JCAHO standards are met.

· Conducts weekly monitoring of facilities in regards to safety and security and reports to appropriate individuals.

· Provides oversight of hiring staff and leadership on campus, staff development and staff discipline

· Reviews management processes for success, model adherence and efficiency.

· Responsible for the overall productivity of the residential program.
