• Responsible for reviewing and processing all incoming orders, managing special items or requests and maintaining quality assurance.

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Involved in high level process development and refinement that affected the entire company.
• Supervised the Product Lab department, ensuring the production of high-quality prototypes and custom kits while consistently maintaining a 72% profit margin.
