As a Liability Supervisor at Gallagher Bassett, I lead a team of claims adjusters responsible for managing liability claims on behalf of our clients. My core responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant claims handling in alignment with both company standards and client standards. I provide guidance and day-to-day support to my team, helping them assess liability, evaluate exposures, and negotiate fair and effective settlements.

In addition to supervising claim activities, I work closely with clients to meet their expectations.

Oversee and manage complex and high-value claims from inception to resolution, ensuring they are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies and client standards. Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of claims to determine liability, coverage, and appropriate settlement values. Lead negotiations with claimants, attorneys, and other parties to reach fair and equitable settlements. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior claims adjusters and resolution managers, sharing expertise and best practices. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

During my tenure at State Farm, I had the opportunity to work across multiple departments, which allowed me to broaden my claims knowledge and experience. I handled Total Loss claims, Auto Property Damage claims, and Bodily Injury claims, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the claims process from initial report to resolution.
