• Conduct a thorough pre- and post- vehicle inspection
• Load van with containers / packages at start of shift
• Deliver products and *smiles* to customers in a timely manner
• On the road (OTR) up to 10-hour shifts, delivering to routes w/in a 50 mile radius
• Handle physical work eg. climb in/out van, use of stairs, lift containers w/o issue
• Perform responsibilities during inclement weather conditions
• Maintain van and fuel up vehicle
• Return and document accordingly any undeliverable packages
• Be competent and efficient on GPS device and be able to troubleshoot delivery issues
• Be open to assisting in other capacities, as needed
• Follow designated driver safety protocol and procedures
• Willing to assist co-workers in a supportive way

Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems

Follow food safety standards

Prepare food and beverages

Assemble and package orders and serve to guests

Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Clean equipment and guest areas

Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation

Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments

Follow speed of service standards

Serve and communicate with guests

Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant

Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers

Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Dessert preparation, Cashier, Order Taker, Lobby Work (cleaning and customer service), Opening process (preparation of premises to serve the public), Closing process (cleaning and organization of the store, after closing to the public), Unloading (reception of products and storage in the warehouse), Plan the schedules of opening - support, and closing of the people working in the store.

Maintain the standards of cleanliness of the store.

Maintain and enforce all food safety and hygiene requirements and practices.

Comply with cash handling policies and cash drawers. As well as ensuring compliance with hours of operation.
