Carmeline Mathurin

After graduate from medical school at The University of Notre Dame D haiti in 2005, i had integrated a residency program in Internal Medicine at La Paix Hospital . After completed three years of residency, i have worked in a field hospital (German Red Cross ) after the earthquake that occurred in 2010 . My multiple tasks were consisting as a care provider,to assess ,diagnose and treat patients ,supervise rounds and assist all health professionals during their work.The most challenging position was to combine the different knowledge from different languages for the patient's wellbeing .As a trilingual ,this task was fallen to me in attempt to guarantee good communication between the local and international staff

A year later, i incorporate St Luke hospital staff and work as Internal medicine and as a chief of the Emergency Department from 2013 to 2022

Since i have been living in the United States of America ,i have been attended many courses such as English Class to improve my skills in english , medtech course,CPR and Human Health Aid with certification and a clinical rotation to perform my knowledge and to get fit in US Health system.
