I've held a variety of positions at Amazon, such as ICQA, warehouse problem-solving, and item preparation.

As a member of ICQA, I work in a critical team that does cycle counts and audits to guarantee product quality. We also use tablets to take pictures of how much Problem solve work that has been accumulated each quarter.

As a member of the Amazon Problem Solve team, I resolve the entire fulfillment process to keep things organized and clean. I do this by fixing operational issues, such as damaged boxes, incorrect labels, system errors, or missing items that other associates can't handle. I clear jams, reroute mislabeled items, repair and rebox damaged goods, and assist with incorrect POs or barcodes.

In my role as a prep associate, I bag products that have not yet been bagged by the FBA seller or that require a factory seal to prevent spills from liquid items.
