My responsibilities are taking care of the guests and making sure everything is done correctly. I have to make sure that the food is getting made correctly , doing side duties. Side duties such as, running food, consolidating cups, bumping tickets from the aloha. Cleaning up opening and closing, and also training people and telling them the Teds way on how to do it 100 percent correctly. I trained to memorize menu and provide information on preparations methods. Make sure servers are on the right track and making a better environment. Full hands in and full hands out. I want to make this not a job but treat them as family. Help out as much as i can when needed as much as i can. I see myself being a leader and rising in the company because i know i have the potential to rise in the company. Rising in the company is an accountable job. I want to make myself lead by example and that's showing initiation towards others. I set an example so they can follow and make them way better. Leading by example means showing not just servers but every position that needs help. I have been at teds about 4 1/2 years and i plan on being there longer and still wanting to pursue my excellence. Everybody loves my energy and kindness. I provide continuous evaluation and feedback to servers employees. The employees knows i lead by example.
