  • Handle any emergencies that may arise on the site.
  • Regularly inspect the entire property and grounds for appearance, safety problems, deferred maintenance and overall condition.
  • Confirms all vacant units are rent ready.
  • Maintain adequate computer skills to serve as backup if needed.
