Manages the programming of four statewide chronic disease health coalitions with over 350 members

• Coordinates approximately 3 programs per month, including planning, design, production, and evaluation of all coalition programming (schedule, budget, location, invitee list, equipment, promotional material, and strategic communications via Marketing Cloud) while managing project deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Conducts pre and post event Qualtrics evaluations on challenges, outcomes, and successes to ensure continuous process, service, and quality improvements.

Participated and managed operations to support the contact tracing of 1,500+ students by directly contacting positive cases, providing exemplary assistance in referring them to university protocol, and coordinating student transfers into isolation

• Communicated and coordinated contact tracer requirements including task assignment, implementation, and escalation to appropriate teams
• Organized, and ensured communication of safety measures and emergency action plans to Cornell students and staff.

Supported the vaccination scheduling efforts of ~3 million Hoosiers by managing 3 teams and 45 contact tracers, disseminating daily procedural updates, and providing compassionate service in case investigation

• Trained, supervised, and scheduled contact tracers, while managing team within policy expectations aligned with Human Resources.
• Participated in and contributed to Spanish Speaking and Medical Escalation Teams aimed at improving community engagement strategies according to state needs.

Promoted rural food security by hosting food preservation workshops, income-generating activities, and agroforestry/HIV programming, conducted in ChiTonga language

• Built and sustained relationships with underrepresented populations, as well as clinics, women's groups, and teachers that facilitated strong sense of community.
• Identified stakeholders, established relationships, and developed strategies for engagement, ensuring that all community members had a voice.
