I am responsible for carrying out daily cleaning tasks ranging from general clean to deep clean. Overseeing others tasks with quality checks. Presenting new ideas to improve business. Manage client payment. Maintain quality checks.
This is a remote work from home job, I answer calls from customers resolving issues regarding residential billing and payment plans. I took a four-week training course in order to learn all of the information. This requires a steady calm tone and a solution based mindset due to the high call volume each day. Also, this requires someone determined and confident in their own ability to assist customers while also giving them correct information causing a peace of mind on both ends of the call.
I currently am responsible for making sandwiches as ordered by customers as requested. Make sure stock is up to proper amounts in back, but also up front. I must answer phone as needed. I am also responsible for handling money at cashier, but also before every clock out or closing shift I must count till and also cashbox making sure both remain at correct amounts. I am knowledgeable on how to close shop without manager figure. Most important duty I follow through is good customer service, make every customers experience positive in some way.
My duties included being the main greeter to anyone entering the office, I was responsible for contacting the right people to resolve the customers issue. Along with being responsible for entering important input in the accurate computer system within a timely manner. I was also responsible for contacting the local news paper to post listings for open houses, and new listings. I was responsible for answering and checking my email regularly. I also answered phones, and took care of any other issues to come along.
This was a summer job in between classes, I would work every day from 8am-5pm.
