- From 2015 until 2022 Screener was a member of the Special Duties Unit and was accepted following a comprehensive interview process.
- Within SDU, screener processed Parolee Exchange Forms, Edna Mahan referrals, processed referrals for the PDU conflict unit, and Court referrals appropriate for the Division to process on a daily basis.
- SDU Unit members were in constant communication with members of NJ State Parole, NJ State Courts, and other professionals.
- In addition to the Special Duties, screener continued to process calls at the Child Abuse Hotline as needed.
