During this job i traveled across my home state of Maine to work all of the golf tournaments the state was holding. There were at least three tournaments a week throughout the summer months and as an intern i went to these tournaments, helped set up equipment and make sure the course was ready and then did live scoring as the tournament was underway. Anything that needed to be done at the tournament weather it was scoring, going around the course to see what maintenance needed to be done, making sure all the players had what they needed or being there to assist anyone when it was needed.

I constantly worked my hardest last summer with the MSGA and it gave me the opportunity to show my people skills, my knowledge of golf and was a great experience that i would love to have again.

• We were paired up with an incoming freshman and worked with them to acclimate to boarding school and help guide them in their transition to Suffield Academy.

• ● At this job I worked at a country club as an outside golf service sta member. I washed all of the golf carts after players had used them for their round, i cleaned all the members clubs, i was in charge of picking the range which means going to the driving range throughout the day and picking up all the balls that the members hit, essentially cleaning up the range so the members have enough golf balls to practice with. Most of this job was making sure all of the members were satisfied. Whatever they needed, whether it was golf related, or anything at all, I was there to assist them in any way possible.
