  • As a contract employee I was tasked with updating over 1500 cellular phones throughout the Woodlands area
  • This included the main hospital as well as the satellite sites around that area
  • The phones were reset and updated running a predetermined script
  • Also deployed new phones to sites that had End Of Life devices
  • While there were no open deployments, I was tasked with assisting with open tickets throughout the system using ServiceNow
  • Tasks during field support included:
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Software installation
  • Mapping both printers to the network as well as scandrives/harddrives
  • New hardware deployment
