I have worked in the restaurant industry for the past five years at one of the most accredited restaurants in Fargo, ND. In my tenure, I worked in many positions, including prep, sauté, pantry, and managerial. Recently, I decided to move to the Twin Cities to further my culinary knowledge in a city with a robust food culture.
