My main responsibility is to create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth seating operations. As well as greet customers as they arrive, manage reservations and waitlists, and guide guests to their tables. I also, coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to balance table flow and avoid overwhelming certain sections. Also, keeping the front area clean and organized, restock menus, which has made me more friendly, organized, and calm under pressure, ensuring that each guest starts and ends their visit with a positive impression
