Overall, I am an extremely hard worker in and out of the classroom. Whether it comes to work and being the person who operates well in handling tough situations. Along with keeping my grades high and putting in the work to excel in advanced classes.
A huge accomplishment I got to experience and be part of is The National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Leaders. It was an honor to be selected to represent the State of New York along with Susan E. Wagner. I was given the opportunity to meet and hear from individuals who have made amazing discoveries in medicine. From meeting Sajeev Kohil and his story about developing the nanoparticle to Jennifer Doudna who is to thank for the crisper gene technological advancements. This was a memorable experience that allowed me to connect with other students my age with similar interest.
