For nearly two decades, I’ve led mission-critical work across clinical systems, community health, Medicaid strategy, and healthcare quality—helping organizations deliver not just care, but change.

From rural market recovery to CMS-aligned innovation, I build frameworks that move equity from theory to infrastructure. I’ve led multimillion-dollar quality initiatives, partnered with Tribal and state leaders, and created systems that outperform benchmarks and reclaim trust.

CMS-Aligned HRSN & Flexible Services Launch

Designed and implemented Medicaid benefit infrastructure for housing, nutrition, climate support, and non-emergency services for a rural member population.

$7M Quality Pool Recovery

Diagnosed root causes of metric underperformance and led a cross-departmental turnaround plan. Aligned clinical, data, and outreach teams for rapid improvement.

CMS MSSP & ACO REACH Quality Strategy

Led national reporting strategy for 400+ primary care clinics in Medicare Shared Savings and ACO REACH models. Redesigned validation tools, EMR workflows, and onboarding processes to improve fidelity.

Smartsheet Compliance & Audit System
