Event Planning and Coordination: Work closely with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events, ensuring all details are coordinated effectively, including menu selection, logistics, staffing, and timelines.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Utilize market research to develop targeted marketing strategies and product/service offerings.

Create correspondence with clients, create all Banquet and Event Orders in Sales Force/ Delphi, organize, supervise and execute meetings and banquet events. Oversee day to day procedures of the restaurant, generate weekly reports, answer daily calls and incoming emails and leads. Develop and execute annual marketing plans to maximize sales and revenue. Research and prospect new business as well as maintain relationships with past clients.
