- Kindly greeted and roomed patients via wheelchair or by foot.
- Instructed patients on how to properly give a 'clean catch' urine sample.
- Performed urine cultures, urinalysis, bladder scans and recorded PVR (Post-Void Residual) results.
- Took patient's vital signs, height, and weight measurements.
- Released provider's lab orders and processed lab requests efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Reviewed daily medication schedules and administration with patients to help address symptoms and enhance quality of life.
- Documented medication administration into electronic medical records (EMR) to avoid duplication of medication dosages.
- Monitored and conveyed important patient information to preceptor to help optimize treatment planning and care delivery.
- Identified and reported medication errors to avoid distributing wrong medication to patients.
- Reconciled and released patient's medication.
- Listened to patient's concerns and documented them in their chart in EPIC.
