And I'm certified forklift operator as well.
I operated a Peterbilt 379 with aluminum stepdeck trailer. I strapped and chained what ever I was transporting traveled all over the West Coast, Midwest, South, and some of the East Coast l loaded work, military hazmat materials, construction containers. I kept records of deliveries and customer signatures. Completed necessary paperwork and documents for delivery. Performed activities on time while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality to support scheduling and work coverage. Inspected all loaded vehicles for damages and had to Go to court house to register some of the vehicles I delivered.

Friday I would drive a semi Day cab with refer trailer with frozen goods to deliver to Venice Florida a 3 hr trip to South Florida to a warehouse where I would help repalletize my loads. Afer finished I head back to the yard and that was my end of day.
I would preform a pre trip to the truck I would have to share with another driver checking brakes, lights, gas tank, and check the trailer for any sulphur build up before leaving the yard. Go to ship yard to fill me trailer with the recommened amount of sulphur that was recorded by typing in the quantity. Then transported the sulphur to a Masaic sulphur plant. Some days I would transport just sulphur and other days I would transport sulphur and fertilizer which I would load and unload my self. At the end of the day I performed a poat trip before next driver took over.
Before I even get my trailer I would perform a pre trip from oil, lights, tires to make sure my truck was able to travel the distance I was preparing for. Then I would locate my tanker trailer for leaks, lights tires pressure and tag seal with proper trailer number and seal number. I would transport chemicals from corrosive, raw bleach, fuel. Alot of chemical plants I would deliver to require PPE equipment and some required you to stay in your truck or wait in a desinanted location while they deliver and unload the chemicals their self. Most delivery I would unload my trailer by using a pump and hoeses that was attached to the truck. I traveled 3000+ miles a week.
