Stow is my path, I am also in several indirect rolls, including ambassador, amnesty, problem solve and water spider. I have been crossed trained in decant, singles pack, & AFE pack.

• Stow- Perform procedures at all times for personal and team safety with top quality and production levels.
• Ambassador- Create welcoming atmosphere. Train new hires in stow with strong knowledge of job details, conduct audits and retrains, show empathy and understanding.
• Problem Solve- Utilized problem-solving skills to reduce or eliminate company expenses. Increasing profits.
• Lead Water Spider- Provided employees with a steady workflow and assisted them with their direct duties whenever necessary.
• Amnesty- Manage Amazon Robotics floor operations clearing mod floors of obstructions, rebooting drives and clearing jams. Responding to Andons to resolve Arsaw and Universal station issues establishing best possible floor health and productivity.
