- Send out monthly and weekly reports so associates can track their individual sales stats.
- Track individual store performance and mentor managers and associates if needed.
- Keep track of the changing Labor Laws for 3 states, CA, AZ, and NM.
- Travel to each location for a store visit at least once every two months.
