  • Coordinate compliance with all state and federal COVID directives; ensuring safety, education, and resources. Keeping our customers and associates safe is my 1st priority. Sexual Harassment training is any new associates first task after being hired.
  • Maintain 100% accountability for the individual store maintenance and lease requirements per-location.
  • Personally, developed a Mobile Shoe Truck operation, increasing market share.

  • Setting store budgets for the year and adjusting if needed.
  • Accurately reading Operating Statements monitoring store performance.
  • Approve all semi-yearly new product buys to receive the maximum purchase discounts available.
  • Send out monthly and weekly reports so associates can track their individual sales stats.
  • Track individual store performance and mentor managers and associates if needed.
  • Keep track of the changing Labor Laws for 3 states, CA, AZ, and NM.
  • Travel to each location for a store visit at least once every two months.
