- Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure resident safety at all times.

- Provide compassionate care and reassurance to patients, ensuring their comfort during procedures.

- Prepare and organize the necessary equipment and supplies for each blood draw.

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and procedures performed.

- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare staff, and laboratory personnel regarding test results and sample handling.

- Assist pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and labeling medications for patients.

- Accurately measure, mix, and package prescriptions following standard procedures and safety guidelines.

- Maintain records of patient information, prescription histories, and insurance claims.

- Process prescription requests, including refills, new orders, and transfers, both in person and electronically.
