I am nationally certified through the International Sports Sciences Association. My passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle was realized while serving as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. When I wasn't deployed, I was the NCO in charge of ensuring the fitness, health and combat readiness of my company in the 4th Infantry Division. In addition to creating the daily morning fitness regiment, I was also in charge of helping previously challenged soldiers meet and exceed the Army’s physical fitness requirements. Fast paced, challenging circuit training that focuses on strength, weight loss and cardiovascular endurance are some of my specialties.
