being a weekend server at a breakfast joint isn't the easiest job but i find passion in making new friends every week, showing people great customer service and making families happy. at IHOP, we do things a bit different. our servers are much more independent than some other restaurants may be because we do not have bussers which means servers must learn to work together and clean their own tables on top of other tasks like serving food, making beverages, taking orders, and tailoring every experience to the customers' needs.
