I was given this award for two years in a row for top team performance, team sales, and customer support. At that time, I managed a team of 25 to 35 people and in order to win this award the overall performance for the entire year had to be in the top 90% for team sales, team Gallup and customer support scores. The products that the team focused on primarily was new business which includes checking accounts, saving accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and saving accounts. We placed a special emphasis on finding solutions for Regions customers in the form of the many products we offered to meet all of their needs. In order to achieve team success, I worked to build relationships with all of them building on their strengths and by incorporating weekly team building activities. My focus was on always being a transformational leader which led to my winning this prestigious award and it catapulted my career as a sales leader that was focused on meeting and exceeding the team metrics and goals. The way I managed my team allowed me to work with other teams to impact their sales metrics and performance.
