Build strong, meaningful connections with dislocated workers from diverse backgrounds to support job search efforts and career exploration. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and barriers to employment, and develop individualized employment plans through one-on-one career exploration and goal-setting sessions. Deliver ongoing coaching and counseling under Adult Services while monitoring and reporting participant progress toward sustainable employment.

Supported a caseload of 15 individuals with disabilities across the Twin Cities in securing and sustaining stable housing through Section 8, HUD, Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA), Metro HRA, St. Paul Public Housing Agency, Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA), and Washington County Community Development Agency. Prevented housing loss by guiding clients through complex public housing assistance processes and forging strategic partnerships with case managers, financial workers, and landlords to deliver holistic, person-centered support. Received direct commendation from an attorney at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services for successfully advocating on behalf of a client facing wrongful eviction and landlord mistreatment — reflecting a standard of advocacy applied consistently across the entire caseload.

Led a team of 3 staff members while providing direct support to 5 residents across Brain Injury (BI), CADI, CAC, and Developmental Disability (DD) waiver programs. Empowered residents through skills training in household management, community integration, problem-solving, and crisis prevention — while promoting healthy and secure lifestyles. Guided residents through research, renewal, and application processes for MA, MSA, and SNAP benefits, resulting in consistent access to essential assistance. Maintained the highest-rated site in the Twin Cities for the company, earned praise from families for meaningfully improving clients’ mental health and adaptive skills, and contributed leadership practices that were adopted across multiple company locations.

Managed a caseload of 15 newly arrived refugee families at a time, serving approximately 90 clients from Ukraine, Somalia, Venezuela, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Burma. Conducted comprehensive intake sessions, delivered cultural orientation, and connected clients to essential benefits including cash and food assistance, healthcare, housing, Social Security, and ESL and school enrollment services. Recognized for exceptional ability to connect clients to benefits while empowering diverse families to stabilize and thrive in their new communities.

Supported Teaching Pastors by designing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for online Bible courses, while facilitating interactive lessons for a global cohort of 20 students across five countries — the U.S., Haiti, the UK, Bolivia, and Hong Kong. Cultivated an inclusive, culturally responsive virtual learning environment that consistently engaged diverse learners remotely.
