I started with stash ventures the summer of 2023 where I grew my IPM career with multiple leads and managers to help me along the way.

My current responsibilities for this company include:

A 3 day/week spray schedule alternating between an oil based products made by Athena in mom room, 3 times a week. And silver bullet sulfur in Veg and flower rooms under 14 days.

I also complete the post 21 day defol zerotol to tables and blocks. And the preharvest zerotol to tables and blocks.

I keep a intricate log both in my IPM binder and on my teams app with application rates, dates, times, rooms and REI’s

I am confident in reading product labels to find how to properly use, store and dispose of any product waste according to the EPA.

My other responsibilities include:

Scouting for pest and other plant/root issues

Sulfur drenches

Hand waters

Canopy maintenance

Spreading canopy

Trellis

Veg plant work when necessary

Mom plant work when necessary

Clone maintenance when necessary

Deploying beneficial insects including:

Rove beetles

Pirate bugs

Amblyseius swirskii

Lacewing

Lady bugs

Amedma was a start up company that I began working for in 2021 located in farwell. I worked there for almost 2 years as a Porter for their hydroponic system, 100 plants per room with 6 rooms. I then took my pesticide applicators test and passed with a 86% and began my IPM career. The products I sprayed with this facility include :
