Successfully completed a lead role in Project Controls for the prestigious “Fulton Center” mass transportation project for The MTA from Concept through Design and Construction Phases.

Worked in the Project Controls Division of Metropolitan Transportation Authority on the project valued at over $1 billion, estimating and negotiating all change orders.
Worked in Project Controls Department of MTA for other high profile projects including Canarsie & Rutgers Tunnel Rehabilitation projects, Cortlandt Street Station rehabilitation, Penn Station Redevelopment, numerous ADA and State of Good Repair projects and Station
Rehabilitation projects.

Currently working in the Delivery Services Offices of MTA C&D as Senior Estimator in the Project Controls Department.

Led a team of Estimators for various high-profile Clients such as, DDC, NYCHA, DASNY, DCAS, DSNY, SUCF, SCA, PANY&NJ, NYU Langone and DEP to name a few. Prepared cost estimates from concept to bid, stages for various projects.

Abu Dhabi Trade Center (now called Abu Dhabi Mall), a US$150 Million Design & Build project comprising of a 200 room 5-star hotel, Executive Office Towers, residential Apartment Towers and Multi Storey Car Park in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Project Manager.

Electro-mechanical coordinating engineer for US$50 Million, 200 beds Hospitals project for Abu Dhabi Public works Department, reporting to the Project Manager.

US$45 Million Head Quarters for ADCO Oil Company. Responsible to the Construction & Project Managers.

Co-ordination engineer for Shaikh Khalifa Hospital, Abu Dhabi.

Engineer for a project comprising of 3 numbers of 400 KV Electrical Sub Station for Dubai Electricity & Water Authority. Responsible to the Construction Manager.

Engineer for various projects comprising of HVAC installation and maintenance of equipment for numerous Government Buildings including international airport, defense buildings and government buildings. Responsible to the General Manager/Managing Director.
