Accomplishments

    During my current employment at Shea Properties, I accomplished several notable objectives:

    1. Collaborated closely with both the district's attorney and the company attorney to establish a comprehensive contract management process. This initiative included the development of templates and various exhibit documentation to facilitate the ease of use for project managers.

    2. Implemented an employee appreciation program aimed at enhancing employee morale and recognition within the organization.

    3. Served as the appointed project manager responsible for the establishment of a security system for multiple office buildings located within the metro districts.

    4. Collaborated with a team to revise and develop the existing emergency preparedness plan, as well as to contribute to the mandates of the safety program.

    During my extensive tenure at Elbert County, I achieved several significant accomplishments:

    1. Established the current hours of operation, which are set at 36 hours per week, resulting in the preservation of over 35 employee positions and a sustained cost savings to the County exceeding $1,000,000.00.

    2. Revised, developed, and presented the County's currently utilized Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, contributing to continued savings of $785,000.00.

    3. Implemented and directed the Employee Wellness Program, which facilitated a 4% reduction in premiums for the years 2009, 2010, and 2011.

    4. Received the Employee of the Year award in 2010.

    5. Obtained a Letter of Recognition from the Elbert County Sheriff for my budgetary contributions, which assisted with the statutorily required Warrant Clerk position.
