Peer Mediation

In High School I was apart of a Peer Mediation group that helped students overcome issues with other students. I believe that being able to sit and talk to a classmate about whatever issue that came about had a greater relatable effect on the students as opposed to speaking to a teacher or counselor. Ever since I have always been the person to step up and offer assistance whenever there is any kind of argument, doing my best to come to a fair and balanced agreement for all parties involved, whether at work or in personal life.
