Work History
Founder/ CCO
Chloe' & Company Events
Williamsburg, Missouri
12.2018 - Current
I opened Chloe's and Company Events to help create experiences that hosts and guests will never forget. With offering both partial planning and wedding management packages, we can help as little or as much as one would like. We also have a full inventory of custom décor rentals that we keep up-to-date with current trends. We focus on all the details, no matter how large or small. Planning a wedding, or any other event, is stressful, and I want to make sure that on the actual event day, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor in planning. We work with brides and party hosts to create the wedding or event they dreamed about. We work with the hosts to create a budget for the event, and create inspiration boards so we can see the details come to life!
We will then find the perfect team of vendors that fits their budget and style of event. We will plan all the event details, from decorations and tablescapes to helping select menus, finalizing timelines, and payments. We will work on the day of the events to create the vision we have planned. We will handle all setup of decor and ensure that the day goes smoothly. I manage a team of coordinators, planners, floor staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly, from pre-event prep, to the day of, and post-event.
We will work with vendors and hosts to come up with floor diagrams that benefit the flow of the event, and enhance the experience for all guests. Event execution is extremely important for the sponsors and the guests. We will work on the event day and handle any obstacles that may come to light.

We worked together to develop a design that will be appealing to all patrons. I work with the General Manager and owners to develop a bar menu that has items for everyone including cocktails, mocktails, shots, whiskeys, and wines.
I developed a one-of-a-kind wine list that will appeal to all wine drinkers and will help open people up to the idea of 'different' wines. I organized paperwork to ensure that all staff have everything they need to be successful. I developed training programs to keep staff knowledgeable about all current and new products. We have weekly training sessions for both bartenders and servers.
I ensure that all bartenders and servers are knowledgeable about the products to sell prior to opening and working alone. I work with the executive chef to create the perfect wine pairings for daily features. I create the weekly schedule for all front-of-house team members and managers. On a daily basis, I interact with guests, create lasting relationships with customers, and promote sales and interaction with team members.
I am forever learning about new and future trends, so we stay ahead in the area. I am in charge of all events, including but not limited to private host events, wine and whiskey dinners, and in-house events. I work with the event hosts, distributors, winery owners, and the executive chef to create the perfect event! No detail goes missed, or unnoticed. I develop catering packages for big and small groups. Worked with the chef to come up with an exclusive catering menu that ranges from buffet to plated, all-inclusive, to à la carte.

Working at Cedar Cove Ranch I have been able to bring together all of the skills I have gained over the years from previous jobs. I am in charge of all back of house duties to ensure that all employees know what needs to be done before guests arrive, while guests are here and after they leave.
I run the morning meeting and keep the calendar for all employees up-to-date with details. I keep inventory of all lodges, janitorial items and ranch items. I place orders when necessary to keep us at an acceptable par. Being in contact with incoming guests and ensuring everything they ordered is in place is a major part of the day to day.
When booking guests I talk through all the outdoor hunting and non hunting activities. I will go over all items needed with certain hunts and explain expectations of all hunts. We will go over family activities and schedule the activities and meals while they are staying with us.
I want all guests to remember their experience with us and also remember how we went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for them. I work closely with the other Ranch manager to ensure that all activities are in order and equipment working. We also ensure that all lodges are properly manicured and ready for guests arrival.
I make an effort to check in on all guests throughout their stay and ensure that they are enjoying their time with us. I perform all ranch tours of the property and the wedding venue. I meet with potential brides and other event hosts to show them all of our accommodations to make their event perfect.
I work with everyone to bring their vision to life ensuring their decorations are in place, vendors know every detail and family is happy. I work with all brides and hosts throughout the entire planning process and take as much off their shoulders as possible.
